We are officially a month into 2021, and I’ve been slacking… big time! My fitness goals to get back to pre-baby weight have been a challenge, especially with temps in the teens, and it getting dark before 5 p.m. I’ve found that if I dress the part, and add a pop of color to my workout gear, It gives me some motivation to get me through a sweat sesh. Sounds silly, but adding something colorful to my routine makes it less daunting, and reminds me of warmer days ahead.
I recently picked up this Zella top that comes in 4 colors, and it so breathable and stretchy. I’m also wearing their high waist leggings, that have the best stretch and suck in my problem areas 😉.
